Updating the Outlook to its updated version
Go to the Outlook.
Select the File option.

After that, go to the Product Information column.
Go to the pull-down list registered with the Office updates option.

Update Windows to its updated version
Click on the Windows + R keys together.

Right-click on KB3203467 UPDATE.
Select the Uninstall option.
Go through the prompts to finish the KB3203467 installation update.
Start the system again.
